Update 1.0.1 - Minor Bug fixes.

This week I did a minor updated on the tool, fixing a few general bugs I found while using it on another project.
Changelog:
- Updated how the tool creates a name for a given file in the binary mode.
- Fixed incorrect file extension on .json and .xml files.
- Fixed some faulty reference checks.
If you find any bugs, please report them, I'll see to fixing them.
